It’s 46° and rainy. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining! Chisum and I need the snuggles just as much as we need the rain in West Texas! However, it feels much more like a dreary Fall day instead of April 25th! But I love a good excuse to sit down, be lazy and enjoy some reading! I’m currently reading about 5 books, I think! But the one I’m most excited about has been on preorder for months! And I haven’t even had the chance to open it since it was automatically downloaded to the kindle. Today I get to check out Joanna Gaines’ new Magnolia Table! I am stoked!!!

I’ve got my fuzzy blanket, kindle, a movie playing for C, and we’re both enjoying a chocolate chip cookie with hot cocoa! A lazy day indeed! I see chicken soup and warm biscuits for dinner. What’s your agenda for rainy days? And how do you keep your kids occupied? Mine’s currently begging for a four-wheeler ride!
